It is a fact that the majority of orders placed for kitchens online are incorrect and causes a lot of delay and problems. Every KBBC order is placed in the comfort of your own home with our designers. We will never sell a kitchen or bedroom without our designers visiting your home. If an order is placed a Technical Surveyor will conduct a full specification survey to ensure the measurements are correct and will fully discuss the project. This is to protect you - the customer. If a customer wishes to search the Internet for a kitchen supplier in England, KBBC is one of the first companies visible. Many KBBC customers make contact via the Internet or e-mail. Once an appointment has been booked, it is confirmed by one of our Appointment Managers to ensure that all of your details are correct and to explain the free services we offer. We also have a main showroom in Crouch End, London.

Prior to our designer visiting a security call will always be made to you giving the designer's name. Our designer will tell you about KBBC and show you the ranges that we have to offer giving you suggestions on what could suit your home. Each designer carries a full range of 160 doors so you can make an informed decision on how they will look in your kitchen. They also carry with them brochures of sinks and appliances as well as worktop blocks and swatches - this way you can compare colours, textures and styles from the comfort of your home.

Before our designers visit our prospective clients they are thoroughly briefed to understand each customer's personal needs. Our designers integrate all of your ideas and features that you would like to see in the new kitchen and together with you will design the best possible kitchen that is both ergonomically and aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen will then be drawn in a 1:20 scale detailing all aspects of the plan for you.

When an order has been placed, we will arrange for a Technical Surveyor to visit and re-plan your kitchen with you and run through an extensive checklist to minimise errors. This normally takes about 2 hours. They will also double-check all model numbers and colours of the doors and cabinets, worktop, handles, sink, taps and appliances to ensure that every component has been ordered correctly and that your new kitchen fits into your room.

From the surveyor's plan your kitchen order is verified, double-checked and put into production. A computer then generates a parts' list and all of the components are ordered, including the appliances. Another computer lays every nut, bolt, screw, panel and door into a holding area until required. Once ordered every part of your kitchen can be traced through either the manufacturing process, or from our suppliers so an accurate delivery date can be booked.
Every kitchen that is manufactured has the customer's name and postcode attached so it can easily be identified. This process speeds up delivery and is an important part of our customer care programme. This ensures accuracy and a higher level of customer satisfaction.
At KBBC we believe that no one has the monopoly on good ideas and that there is always room for improvement. To this end our Quality Control department does its best to meet the ever-changing demands of our customers.
As well as the usual checks for quality we regularly contact our customers to gain feedback and look for ways to improve our overall service to you.
We will normally deliver your kitchen within an agreed time window and on an agreed date, this is done to ensure that the disruption of your home is kept to a minimum. We endevour to ensure that we keep to delivery schedules as we understand that time means money.
Our Customer Care Department keep in contact with our customers to ensure that high our standards are met and that our customers are more than satisfied with the level of our service.
One of the ways of monitoring our performance is to contact our customers after delivery to ensure that they are happy. We feel it is important to hear what our customers think.
We may contact our customers to ask what they thought of our overall service and also to see if they would like us to plan any other rooms such as a bedroom or bathroom. It is normally at this point that our customers explain how proud they are of their new room and may provide us with some recommendations. For every recommendation that our customers give us we reward them financially.
Our customers are pleased to know that we offer a one year guarantee. For every kitchen or bedroom we supply:
1. KBBC Guarantee. All of our kitchens and bedrooms come complete with a full 1 year parts and labour guarantee, with a manufacturer's warranty for a further 4 years (parts only).
2. Appliance Guarantee. Each appliance will have its own guarantee.
A checklist is completed which needs to be endorsed by the customer. This checklist forms part of the customer's guarantee.
