Kitchen a major selling point in chef's home

The first room potential buyers will be looking at when they walk inside Marcus Wareing's home is the kitchen.
According to the Daily Mail, the professional chef, who was once Gordon Ramsay's protege, is putting his £2.1 million townhouse on the market.
The four-storey home, located in Wandsworth in south-west London, has been his castle for the last six years, but now he is looking to move on.
Marcus and his wife Jane are moving a few streets away into a much larger property costing £5 million.
So what can buyers expect if they purchase the chef's house?
Well, aside from five bedrooms, three bathrooms and four reception rooms, it also boasts a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, which has been decorated to highly modern standards.
It features grey cabinetry, which interior designers have claimed is this season's hottest neutral, stylish black tiles and stainless silver appliances, giving it a sleek and contemporary finish.
And having belonged to a chef who has won two Michelin stars, it is sure to come with all the mod cons necessary to whip up delicious family meals.
