Nigella to spend £500,000 on a new kitchen

TV cook Nigella Lawson is reportedly renovating a brand new home and will spend a large proportion of her budget on a luxurious kitchen.
According to the Daily Mail, the food writer and journalist intend to convert a former factory into a stunning city pad.
The property, located in London's Chelsea area was bought for £12.3 million. Once completed, it will have seven bedrooms and an underground swimming pool.
But the star of the home will undoubtedly be the kitchen. Nigella and husband Charles Saatchi are apparently planning to spend £500,000 on this room alone.
Of course it will double as a studio for the broadcaster's cookery programmes, but it is also likely to contain numerous appliances and top quality cabinetry for use as a family kitchen.
Nigella is currently presenting a new television series on the BBC called Nigella Kitchen, in which she has rustled up dishes like spaghetti with marmite, squink risotto and chocolate peanut butter cheesecake.
