Grill microwaves 'excellent for kitchens' ★★★★★
Published on: 21/07/2010
Those on the hunt for new kitchen appliances will find that grill microwaves are the perfect addition, one source has stated.
People looking to do more than simply reheat food will find that grill microwaves provide them with plenty of options and can become an integral part of any kitchen design, according to Matt Stevens, writing for consumer magazine Which?.
He explained: "If you're looking to do more than heat soup and defrost in your microwave, heat from the grill element can be used independently, or in combination with microwaves, and works well to add some colour and crispness to meat dishes."
Mr Stevens added that those who like baking should go for a combination microwave, as they come with convection cooking as an option.
It comes after Samantha Morgan of Concept Interiors, writing for International Life, advised people with new kitchens to choose appliances from the same range to give a "sleek and stylish look" to the room.
