More new kitchen appliances unveiled at IFA

The latest kitchen appliances have been on show in Germany recently, giving consumers an insight into the technology that could soon be seen in their homes.
Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA) was a European electronics show which ran in Berlin up until yesterday (September 8th).
It featured the latest gadgets and gizmos from entertainment systems to kitchen appliances.
Jonathan Takiff of the Philadelphia Daily News highlighted two kitchen items that are at the height of the latest technology.
The first of these was the Bosch Avantixx 7, which is the first combined clothes washer and dryer to promise "no compromises", he said.
Meanwhile, the LG SolarCUBE Essence, a light-wave oven that combines a microwave and grill, blown air and halogen heat to reduce energy use, also impressed the writer.
Other kitchen items on show at IFA, which is now in its 50th year, included a robot that was capable of performing household chores.
