New appliance released just in time of National Chip Week

People looking for innovative appliances to set off a kitchen perfectly may wish to see in the start of National Chip Week with a new gadget.
According to Ideal Home Magazine, one of kitchen appliance manufacturer Tefal's latest pieces of kit is the ActiFry Family.
It is an innovative appliance because it is on the start-of-the-year trend of healthy eating. Even though it is making chips, it can be used without a drop of oil, if the cook is using oven chips.
If a chef wants to use fresh potatoes, only half a spoonful of oil needs to be used for every 500 grams of potato. This means it is easy to make chips with a fat content of around three per cent.
The kitchen appliance costs £229.99 and has enough space to make chips for six people. The hi-tech device also has a built-in LCD screen, a dishwasher-friendly bowl and a transparent lid, "so you can see when your food is ready", says the design magazine.
National Chip Week starts on Monday February 21st.
